Work has now started on refurbishing all the windows of St Nicholas Church.

The builders first took profiles and made working drawings of the stonework around the windows.

These were sent to the stone masons to carve the new stone to match the exact profile of the existing windows.

The lead lights were then taken out and sent for repair in the workshops.
