Forthcoming Outings
Coach outing to ancestral home of the Dukes of Marlborough, which was named a World Heritage site in 1987. Blenheim Palace is surrounded by award-winning formal gardens, and 2000 acres of park and the Great Lake, landscaped by Capability Brown.
Enjoy a tour of the Palace and marvel at the sheer scale and grandeur of the Great Hall and the opulence of the State Rooms, which house an exquisite collection of portraits, furniture, tapestries and porcelain, leading on to the magnificence of the Long Library, which is 56 metres long.
Sir Winston Churchill was born at Blenheim Palace in 1874. Visit the permanent Churchill Exhibition and see the room where he was born, and gain a fascinating insight into our greatest Briton.
There is a restaurant and tea rooms on site, or you can take and enjoy a picnic in the park.
